RESTRICTIONS
Since the land of the society is falling beyond 100 Mts from Mahim Bay, the CRZ
applicability will not be there as per the MCZMA Notification 1991. Hence the restriction of CRZ is not
considered.
Proposal is subject to Naval NOC as it is falling within 500 mt from coastal guard/ INS Trata. The
clearance from naval authority for the proposed development will be required with the detailed scheme
including the proposed building plans along with their heights. All the details have to be submitted to the
naval authority. The development will be governed by the norms as may be permitted by the Naval
authority.
