Feasibility Report

BASE OF REPORT
This report is prepared based on the following documents furnished by the Society.

  1. Copy of the Deed of Sale
  2. Copy of block plan of society as per leased deed
  3. Copy of Existing Building Plan
  4. Tenant list with existing Areas
    We have not received any document between society and MHADA authority where increased areas are
    mentioned. In sale deed old areas are mentioned. But we have given priority to practical approach, so
    prepared feasibility with existing areas and number of units as present.
    Society is required to get these documents done from MHADA before redevelopment procedure to
    ensure smooth process with clarity in future.
    PLOT AND BUILDING DETAILS
    Existing 5 No of buildings on the site – Building No. 20, Building No. 23 and 25,Buildings No. 24 and 26.
    Building No. 20, is situated at C.S. No. 16 (part) of Mahim Division with location as follows:
    Towards North- Building No. 18
    Towards South – Existing Shop
    Towards East – 40’-0” wide Colony Road
    Towards West – Board’s Land admeasuring 71.50 Sq.mt
