Thanking you for appointing our firm as Project Management consultants for initial study of your redevelopment
project situated at Adarsh Nagar Mhada Colony, Century Bazar ,Worli . We have studied your documents provided
by society and all the parameters required to study feasibility. With this we came out with most appropriate
feasibility for your project.
We have considered only residential area in this feasibility. As this is very initial feasibility and lot many options
can be derived from this basic feasibility. This Feasibility is as per the 33/5 Mhada norms set in DCPR 2034.
